Every dollar you earned, collected.

VisMed takes the whole revenue cycle off your desk — coverage checked before the visit, encounters coded properly, claims pursued until they pay — plus the credentialing that lets you bill in the first place.

  • HIPAA compliant
  • No setup fees
  • No long-term contract

03How it worksStep Front office / Back office

Getting paid is not luck.
It is a sequence.

Run the same way every time. The care is delivered; the money should not get stuck between the visit and the payment.

How we work
  1. Confirm

Eligibility verified and the benefit detail pulled — deductible, copay, coverage limits — while there is still time to act on it.

  2. Code

Certified coders work every encounter against ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS and modifier rules, and scrub the claim before it goes out.

  3. Pursue

Every rejection gets read, corrected and appealed. Aging AR gets called on, not aged out.

  4. Report

We work inside your practice-management system, so you can pull any claim status yourself, any day. A plain-English summary lands every week.

Front office

Eligibility, authorizations, intake and scheduling — the work that decides whether a claim can pay before the visit happens.

Back office

Coding, submission, posting, denials and AR — the work that turns a delivered visit into a paid one, inside your own system.

04By the numbers

What the sequence returns.

Claims go out, a share come back denied, every one gets worked back onto the line. Across active engagements, this is what that produces.

Every claim reaches payment; denials are pursued, not written off.

Eligibility and authorizations happen in your scheduling; coding, submission, posting and appeals happen in your billing module. We add people and a process, not another system between you and your own data.

Read/write access under your permissions, logged. You can audit us at any moment — that is the point.

One continuous line from visit to payment.

Front office and back office, coding and collections, credentialing and reporting — held in one line, by one accountable team.

VISIT

A management services organization for healthcare providers. That line stays intact from the first eligibility check to the posted payment — no vendor gaps, no queue, no portal between you and your own data.

PAYMENT
  • Incentives before promises

Our fee is a share of what we actually collect. Every alignment claim a billing company makes is worth exactly as much as its pricing model.

  • Your systems, not ours

We work inside your practice-management system rather than a portal we control. It means you can audit us at any moment. That is the point.

  • Named people, not a queue

You get specialists who know your practice and answer the phone. Re-explaining your own setup every quarter is not a service model.

  • Say the unwelcome thing

If a service will not help you, we say so. If a payer is going to be slow, we tell you before you commit rather than after.

08QuestionsAnswered 08 / 08

Answered before the first call.

The things a physician-owner asks in the first ten minutes. If yours is not here, the AR audit conversation is where it gets answered.

What does it actually cost?

VisMed charges a percentage of what we collect for you, invoiced monthly against posted payments. No setup fee, no minimum, no per-claim charges. If we collect nothing, you owe nothing.

Do we have to switch our EHR or practice-management system?

No. VisMed works inside your system with our own logins. Nothing migrates, nothing is re-keyed, and every claim status stays where you are used to finding it.

How long until the first clean claims go out?

VisMed typically needs two to three weeks for access, payer setup and workflow review. We start on your aged AR in week one, because that is where the money is.

Who is on our account, and will they change?

Every VisMed account has a named account lead plus specialty-matched coders and a denials specialist. You will know them by name; if anyone changes, you hear it from us first.

What is in the free AR audit, and what does it commit us to?

The VisMed AR audit takes read access to your aging and denial history, two to three business days, and returns a written leak map with a monthly recovery estimate. It commits you to nothing — the findings are yours to keep.

How do you handle patient data?

VisMed is HIPAA-covered under a signed BAA, uses role-based access inside your system, and keeps no PHI on our own servers. Details on the HIPAA page.

Can you take over mid-cycle, with claims already out and denials already aging?

Yes — that is the usual starting point for VisMed. We inherit the open AR, work it oldest-first inside the filing windows, and report what was recoverable and what was not, with reasons.

What if we are not happy?

VisMed asks for thirty days’ written notice, charges no exit fee, and gives you a full export of your data in the format you choose. Nothing is held back, because nothing ever left your system.
